BMS adopts GlitchSmith-lib's virtual wallet as the canonical currency store.
This module provides a thin, gated wrapper around the GlitchSmith currency API,
with multi-currency support. BMS maintains a per-actor wallet flag (list of active
currency ids) independent from GlitchSmith's balance storage underneath.
